Steakburger at Kirk's Steakburgers, Campbell, CA

Kirk's Steakburger's in Campbell, CA has been serving up tasty burgers since 1948. Their beef is made to order and char-grilled over charcoal (pretty rare to see charcoal these days) for a nice sear and smoky fire taste. Once cooked, you choose your toppings from the condiment bar to make the burger your own.

I went for the 1/3 pound steakburger with cheese and topped the toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, ketchup, mustard and mayo. This burger was awesomely juicy- cooked to a perfect medium rare as I had ordered. The bun could have been a tad bit fresher, but the beef more than made up for it with it's moist juicieness and fantastic beef blend with just enough fattiness and beef flavor.

Next time you are in Silicon valley be sure to give this place a try, the burgers are very good and you'll need to drive quite a ways to find something better.
